This private studio is located in the front house (blue door) and has been fully updated with all brand new appliances and finishes. The space features a comfortable sleeping area, a modern bathroom with a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, silverware, plates, and coffee mugs, and normal cups. A coffee maker with complimentary coffee is provided to start your day right. Outside, guests have access to the front yard with Adirondack chairs—perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a quiet evening.
Guests have private access to the studio through the front (blue door) and will receive a code prior to check-in for easy entry.

Note: Seasonal beach badges are provided for guest use. Lost or unreturned badges will incur a replacement fee of $70per badge.
