To be honest when we first walked into the property we were a bit disappointed at how small it was, especially the kitchen and the bathroom, but we honestly adjusted by the end of the first day and after that it wasn’t an issue, especially because it was clean and functional. We had everything we needed with an incredible view; the beach outside the front door; close grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping; laundry facilities (you must download an app but it works perfectly); a good walk, or cheap Uber to the Old City; and friendly, helpful staff. It’s small, but punches way above its size for a very reasonable price. We would stay there again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone who can see what it offers!

I'm so glad I found this property, it was perfect for my vacation. The host was fast to email back with answers to my questions. The apartment was clean and situated in a well kept friendly building; and although small, contained everything I needed. The location was perfect, right on the Rambla, and within walking distance of three grocery stores and many coffee shops. Three shopping centres were a short bus ride away with the bus stops close by. The view is fantastic and it was fun to watch the parasailers from the balcony.

Great perch above the water!

I enjoyed my stay in this place immensely! Quick access to the beach and the view is magnificent! The host is friendly and accommodating, plenty of space for storage—even a couple of beach chairs! I’d stay again in a heartbeat!
