The house is on 2 levels, on the pool floor it has a completely independent unit consisting of: living room with open kitchen, two double bedrooms and comfortable bathroom, independent entrance and sliding glass door facing the swimming pool. On the first floor there is the main residence, consisting of, sea view lounge, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, master bathroom, large veranda and magnificent solarium. Adjacent to the main residence is the annex, an independent unit consisting of a lovely double bedroom with private bathroom. The Villa is also surrounded by a courtyard area, partially fenced to accommodate your four-legged friends. The structure is completed by three suggestive terraces and a characteristic barbecue area with a wood oven inserted in the rock.
