The flat is comfortably furnished in a contemporary style, including underfloor heating and every comfort for a wonderful holiday at any time of year. A potential third room can also be rented. As a tenant, you have exclusive use of the lower floor of the house, which measures an impressive 130m2, while the upper floor (110m2) remains unoccupied.
Enjoy the spacious outdoor area with its terrace directly bordering a moat, which is ideal for fishing.
