My general impression was a lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The room itself was generally clean except if you looked in the corners of the bathroom and the grout between tiles. The sink countertop was badly stained and the toilet showed some brownish marks on the underside of the lid. The refrigerator was not very clean on the inside and appeared to be very poorly maintained as the door was sticking and it was full of accumulated frost. I went looking for ice to put in the bucket and found two broken ice machines on different floors. The ironing board cover was stained all over and it was missing a plastic foot. The iron itself leaked water as it kept shutting off too soon. The drawer of the bedside table on the left side of the bed was stuck closed with a tea bag. Upon removing the tea bag, the drawer would not stay closed. I put the tea bag back in to keep it closed. Breakfast was served promptly in the breakfast room, but the choices were very limited. I opened the large heated keeper expecting to see a meat choice and eggs, but the only choice was link sausage. Otherwise the waffles were good and there was some instant oatmeal that was good.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, staff was courteous. Easy access. Only things that could be better would be eggs at breakfast and fix the ice machine but nice man at front desk got me ice. I would stay again and would recommend.

Very dirty. Ice machine was out of order. The “hot breakfast” was only a few sausage links. The room had what appeared to be black mold in the bathroom. The room smelled horrible. Booked two nights but only stayed one. Worst accommodations I have ever had.

The room appeared to be clean with no signs of wear and tear etc but it smelled like old, wet, musty carpet! I didn’t complain or request a new room since I was only staying one night and even then, spent most of the day away from the hotel. No issues with staff or parking except I wish there was more parking near my room. The hotel is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and shopping and also accepts cash for payment and deposit.

Breakfast was extremely limited. Room smelled or mold and mildew. They had just cleaned the carpet and it was saturated when we arrived in our room. Stayed that way for our stay. They claimed that was normal and would dry. Why would you put a customer in a room like that. The room needs repairs as well. Overall, tot a Quality stay for a Quality inn.
