Centennial Cottage 2 Botanica is an adults only cottage that is one of three private cottages located on a greater estate on Centennial Road. The cottage is walking distance to town and a short distance to venues such as Centennial Vineyard, Hopewood House, Peppers Craigieburn and the Gibraltar Golf Course. Cottage 2 has a queen bedroom, separate lounge/ dining area, a full kitchen, bathroom and parking for one car in a designated car space. The cottage is fully air conditioned, has a TV, WIFI and a Nespresso machine.
The driveway to Centennial Cottages is fringed by mature trees and bushes. The cottage is located at the end of this driveway in a century old building with high ceilings and old timber windows and doors that look out onto the gardens. In addition to air conditioning for both summer and winter the bedrooms have ceiling fans and oil heaters. The greater garden area and its mature trees are shared by the three cottages with the main garden area and the parking immediately in front of the Cottage.
DIRECTIONS: Cottage 2 is located at 13A Centennial Road Bowral. When accessing Centennial Road from Kirkham Road the property is on the right. There is a sign out the front saying 13A Centennial Cottages. We have parking for one car only on site. Drive up the driveway of 13A (do not go up 13 Kerrisdale as this is another property). When you get to the end of the driveway your parking spot is directly in front of you in the recessed parking bay which is directly in front of Cottage 2.

As a guest of this cottage, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
