The well-maintained exterior features traditional columns and porch, while the interior boasts spacious living area filled with natural light, and beautiful hardwood & tile floors. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for delicious meals. Off the kitchen is an ampule spaced dining area. At the back of the home you will find a large mud room, space for everyone's coats and shoes, along with a top loading washer and dryer. The 2 car garage is yours to use. Upstairs boasts all 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Outside, enjoy the large, fully fenced-in yard, perfect for the entire family. Located just minutes from local shops, restaurants, and parks, this home offers the perfect convenience.

Boyne Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this conveniently located house in Boyne city. The fence and yard was perfect for our little dog.A lot of the cookware needs to be upgraded, and there needs to be better storage for Clothes
