Located in the heart of Horton Bay, Hemingway's stomping grounds, this charming 1800's era home stands out. Fully renovated in 2024, this property is perched on a hill next to the Horton Bay Store and just across from public access on Lake Charlevoix. The bike trail to Young State Park and Boyne City is just yards away. Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two large bathrooms. The loft also has an aero-bed to sleep two more. Large kitchen with high-end appliances, washer/dryer and large open-concept living/dining area. The pièce de résistance, a floating fireplace that rotates 360 degrees in the center of the living room sourced from Europe. Every inch of the home has been well-thought out from the oversized master bathroom to the position of windows to allow maximum light. Enjoy this delightful home close to Boyne City, Charlevoix, Petoskey and less than an hour from Mackinac Island.
