-Please take out all trash upon check-out. Only use the Green GFL dumpsters just up the road on Reserve Dr. Do not use any construction dumpsters.
- No smoking/vaping in home- extra cleaning fee may be applied to remove any stains, butts or smell (minimum of $500)
Please remove Ski boots and golf spikes before entry -no Fires on the deck or under any overhang -no parties or events unless pre-approved by owner.

Great house for the extended family. Grandma had the main floor. One family with three year old upstairs, one family with a five year old and a 1.5 year old downstairs. Outside decks were great. Close to a ton of lakes for swimming. We might book again for next year!
