This place had everything we needed and more! Clean with all the amenities. Cappacino maker, filtered water machine, even a vending machine for a few items we forgot. All upgraded appliances, kitchen and bathrooms. The back yard is huge with putting green, we spent every night under the cabana listening to tunes and grilling. The pool was perfect temperature and very clean, we even met “Gary” the local iguana. The neighborhood was a bit concerning coming in, however, we still felt safe and had an amazing time, would definitely come back again.

The house was immaculate, thoughtfully well equipped and generally “like-new”condition. It is large enough for 7 and the extra large screen porch is a great addition to the space. That said - the rental is worth it for the back yard alone - simply can’t be beat - and so much fun. The host Irina was super responsive.

Perfect gathering

This was the perfect house for our small family gathering to celebrate the pregnancy of our daughter and first grandchild. The inside was just the right size to sleep 6 of us. But the backyard!! It was absolutely wonderful for everyone to hang out either in the pool, pool side or at the bar! Irina was prompt to respond with a couple things. It had everything we needed. Definitely stay again when my grandson is born.
