Clean property. Breakfast nice and convenient Some clientele very suspect. Drug use from guest directly in front of the lobby doors at 8am when we checked out. Overwhelming smell in lobby and front exit imposed on my young children. Odd shirtless man just sleeping in a chair for at least a couple of hours at entrance of lobby the evening prior. Otherwise, pretty standard stay. Boynton Beach area not too impressive.

I want a refund

I had a one night stay for almost $400. We had a tournament. All I had to do was stay one night woke up at 3 AM to walk dozens of roaches in the room. I complained to them first thing in the morning when we checked out for $400 there should not be roaches. There is a complaint and the hotel will verify. I have an email saying so
