My check in was good and everything amazing the breakfast, the room, the beds comfortable, in a few everything great , only when I did my check out I came back to so bad the front desk with the same person and I told her I forgot my phone charger and she told me I can’t activate again the key, sorry ! But I said her I know that but you can speak with Talk to the housekeeping department manager if they can open the room, the ladies are cleaning right ? And she didn’t help me ! I went upstairs to talk with the service cleaner and she help to me !

The breakfast had plenty of options. The pool area was very nice. The room was fresh and clean without using febreeze or similar scents that I have experienced at many other properties during our past month of traveling. We’re changing our plans for the last part of the trip and rebooked this property instead because it’s awesome.

The place itself was clean. The breakfast was good. Fresh sausage, waffles, omelets and gravy. Pool was nice. I found roaches and spiders. I complained about the spider, killed the roaches, i was leaving the next day anyway. Walkable to plenty of things to do.

If i could give this place a 10 star rating I would! They went above and beyond for my needs. I asked for a fan and within 5 minutes one was brought up, the breakfast was always fresh and delicous, the pool was nice and clean! Thanks again!
