Mükemmel hizmet

Merkezi konumda, otopark problemi olmayan yerde. İşletme sahibi Aykut bey ve annesi çok güleryüzlü. Odalar tertemiz. Serpme kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve doyurucu. Ev yapımı ürünlerini kullanıyorlar. Bir dahaki Bozcada gezimizde kesinlikle tercih edeceğiz. Herkese tavsiye ederiz :)

Otele otele girdiğimizde oda temizdi fakat günlük olarak temizlik yapılmadı, günlük ihtiyaç doğrultusunda havlular değişmedi, su ikramı sağlanmadı, çarşaflar değişmedi. Resepsiyonda genel olarak kimse bulunmuyordu ve tanıtımlarındaki gibi değil oda çok küçüktü , manzara hiç yoktu çatı gördük. Manzara beklentiniz olmasın. Çıkışta ise konaklamamız nasıl geçtiği sorulmadı, ilgisiz davrandılar öyle ki anahtar teslimde anahtarı resepsiyona bırakıp gidebilirsiniz dediler. Bir daha tercih etmeyeceğimiz otel.

Dikkatli Olunması Gerekir.

Başlangıçta her şey güzeldi, gittik odamızı gösterdiler yerleştik ardından otelden ayrıldık. fakat sonra tarafımıza telefon edilerek yanlış oda verildiği akşama kadar değiştirilmesi gerektiği söylendi. akşamüstü otele vardığımızda bodrum katta (bahçe katı diye nitelendirdikleri) personel odasının yanında ufak bir oda tarafımıza gösterildi. Seyahatimiz iki gün ile sınırlı olduğu için dert etmemeye adanın güzelliklerine odaklanmaya çalıştık. Ancak bu tesiste konaklayacak kişilerin oda seçiminde dikkatli olmalarını tavsiye ederim.

Herşey mükemmeldi…

Otel ada merkezine yakın. Ama gürültüden de uzak. Sakin ve dingin bir mekân. Yetkili isim Aykut bey çok ilgiliydi. Annesi Emine hanım teyzenin elinden çıkan reçeller,pişiler ve diğer herşey mükemmeldi. Personel çok nazik ve çok çok ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı satın almamış olmamıza rağmen bize ikram ettikleri kahvaltı, evinizde bulamayacağınız türdendi. Emine teyzenin elleriyle yaptığı reçellerden almayı unutmayın. Tavsiye etmek bir yana, şiddetle öneriyorum…
