As usual, I had great stay at this facility. Staff was welcoming and the room was spotless. What kept me from giving an Excellent score was the breakfast. I usually don’t partake but I had time this morning. The food was horrible. I didn’t expect home cooking but the eggs and gravy were so bland as to render them inedible. Sorry Comfort Inn, but someone should be tasting the food you are serving.

The shower head leaked a steady stream of Water all night making it sound like a waterfall was in the room. The room should have been put out of order till fixed and housekeeping would have noticed. The alarm then went off at 5am as it wasn’t cleared when the room was cleaned. We checked in at 11:30pm. Needless to say it was not a good night. The breakfast was not great. I will stick with another hotel we typically stay at in the area.

It’s been a couple years since we last stayed here. This place has seen some stuff in that time apparently. On check inC the lady at the counter wasn’t rude, but wasn’t welcoming either. She was more interested in her phone than the people waiting to check in and was visibly frustrated that we were there. The rooms smell musty. The couch was supposed to be blue, but had a brown tinge to the cushions. It was only one night and I’ve stayed in worse. But there are plenty of others in Bozeman around the same price point.

Room was dirty, especially the bathroom shower. They had a bucket in the middle of a hallway to catch dripping water...was there the week before. Front desk person had a dog behind the counter. Hotel is extremely worn out and dirty for the age of it.
