The laundry was expensive and the dryer barely dried the clothes in one go round. Needed a second soin (more money). The frig in the room cuts off after 2 hours. My expensive medication requires to be cold. I had to ask the front desk to keep it in their big frig. The room had very little storage for clothes. Because of this, the room stayed messy the entire stay.

Tried to put me in a different room than reserved (2 Queens instead of 1 King). Said my room wasn’t guaranteed since it was booked thru Expedia. Asked if I booked a suite would they be able to put me in a standard room & they said yes. Asked for a mgr & they immediately made an “exception” to give me the room type I booked.

Good nice place but could be much better!

I was a bit disappointed with the fact you charge for parking and it not known till the end! Also the friendliness at the check in needs some work as well as communication about using the laundry machines some said it was free and the others no so just make it clear!
