The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The property is older and has been updated but is in need of repairs. The lock on the door leading directly outside is broken and has not been taken care of, and the flooring is coming up in spots and should be replaced. There is a slight incline leading into the bathroom that could cause someone older or unsteady to trip and fall. I liked the fact that the bathtub is low for easy access, that is a huge plus for older people.

Our check in went well. The room was about 1/2 the price of those in the next city. Our rooom had a back door that was locked from the outside. The front door had been kicked in more than once, but noone bothered us.

The room I was assigned had a problem with the door. Since I was an Expedia customer they could not give me a different room. I did not feel safe and tried to reach Expedia to cancel the reservation. The mangager was nice enough to find me a different room that I felt safe in. The motel is short staffed and we’re still very nice.

The price was reasonable but the outside door to our room did not bolt or latch due to the entire door frame looked to have been bashed in and then no longer attached to the walls. It was scary to be in a new town and the only lock was the key lock. The room and bathroom floors were dirty also. The place was definitely missing attention to detail.

This was absolutely the worst property we have ever been to. My husband is a Vietnam Vet and Disabled We travel with 2 small dogs. We requested a room with parking at the door and accommodation for our 2 dogs. The room we NEVER EVEN WENT INSIDE…did not have a door with access to the parking area it was thru a hallway. Our request was completely ignored and they did not even know we had the dogs with us. B4 I knew they had NO ROOM NOR DESIRE TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.excuse after excuse At least 4 rooms with NO DOORS and the only other room that would have worked had a clogged sink. I heard all the excuses I had already paid for the room online They took a 50.00 “refundable deposit” which they kept. They are refusing any refund. I’d really like an explanation as to why they kept a deposit on a product/room I didn’t use. Talk about SCAMMERs. The clerks that were working were incompetent and completely immature to the point of giggling and looking google eyed. I spoke with the “manager” and she was no better. ANTOINETTE was her name… Some accent, one of the things I remember most was her saying to me…..SO????? Seriously This is your definition of excellence in customer services and hospitality!!!! I am only starting here! If this bait and switch, scamming, deceitful property doesn’t deserve to be bulldozed to the ground!!! Please DO NOT STAY HERE ALSO FYI IF I AM MAKING ANY OF THIS UP why when they did keep my money did they not collect for my 2 dogs? There is a fee per dog. BAD

I called to let them know I would be arriving late at night and when I arrived the front desk clerk continually complained about how she had to work an hour past her scheduled shift. Then, when I went to open the door to my room, someone else was already in that room. It took 45 minutes for the front desk clerk to move my reservation to a new room, which happened to be right next door to the original room. The room was a little sketchy, it looked like someone had kicked in the door at some point and they patched it back together. The floor felt like it had sand on it, so I put my socks on, and they were very dirty by the time I left. The bed sheets and other linens looked and smelt clean. I was only in this room for 6 hours and that was long enough, I won't go back.

This property is run down. The molding around the door on room 17 had previously been kicked in and fell off when we entered the room. The door would not lock. We were put into a different room, the tv didn’t work and the refrigerator was so loud I had to unplug it. Walls are thin and you can hear everything. There is no one on site that can help with problems. The young girl who checked us in was kind but I would never stay here again.
