Your relaxation vacation will begin once you step through the door of this adorable Bradenton Beach condo. This one bedroom one bath Anna Maria Island vacation rental with queen size sleeper sofa has been fully renovated including a new HVAC system and sleeps 4. New furnishings tastefully decorate the unit in a pleasing beach island decor. Located in Coquina Reef Condominiums, this complex consists of two separate buildings, each having only eight units. The condo offers amenities galore and will only add to your relaxing vacation. Furnishings include, a king bed, new stainless steel appliances, a professional linen service, granite countertops and a 46 inch HD TV with blue ray player, and free wifi. A private screened in balcony with retractable sunshades and patio set provide a lovely outside setting. The amenities don't stop there. A heated community pool with gas grill, lounge chairs, umbrella tables and an outdoor shower and bathroom provide a wonderful outdoor experience. Covered parking is provided. The white sand beach, historic Bridge Street, restaurants and shopping are just a short block away. If you prefer to explore the island on wheels, it could not be easier once on board the free AMI trolley that runs the length of our beautiful 7 mile Island. Contact us today for booking information. Great condo with a nice cozy, beachy feel. Location is fantastic, close to Historic Bridge St, infamous Anna Maria Island Moose and beaches. Free on/off trolley is a huge asset as well. Excited to return for a visit! Hosts were great and very helpful.

We had an amazing time at this property the, bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. We utilized the coolers that were there for us daily! The pool was so nice as well. The only thing that was a little off was when walking in, the house smelled stale and not fresh. Our clothes smelled like it after we left. Everything was clean to the eye but it did not smell good. But overall it was an amazing stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. The pool was great, the location was awesome and the place was clean. The only “negative” would be all the cleaning/laundry rules upon checkout. Makes the cleaning fee seem pointless. We would absolutely stay there again!

A great Bradenton beach experience

The property is well maintained, the pool is a plus. It is only a few blocks from beach access. Very convenient to Bridge St. , and several other eateries! Would recommend to anyone looking for a family oriented stay !!!

Great Location

The location of this condo is great. It is very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The pool is very nice and quiet. The fishing pier is very close too. The kitchen is well stocked. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

We stayed May 17-24, 2024

The condo was perfect for 3 adult ladies with one bathroom. Just note, there are stairs to climb to get to all 16 units on this property. The location was excellent. Close to stores, restaurants, ice cream and the beach. You can stay here without a car. Shuttle to and from the airport and then call for a free golf cart ride to anywhere on the island (tips are encouraged). The Monkey Bus runs late and is a $5.00 ride. The pool area has direct sun most of the day. The owners are great!!! My only issue was with VRBO taking $1500 from my credit card a month before our arrival and at the writing of this review, we checked out 11 days ago, I am still waiting for my $1500 refund. Yes, I could have opted to pay a non-refundable $59.00, but the other fees were enough. I assumed that like motel's, my credit card would be on hold IF the $1500.00 was needed. There was no reason to pull my $1500.00 and keep it since April 17. Today is June 4th and I am still waiting on a refund, and would have been charged interest on my credit card in May if I hadn't paid my balance. AGAIN, THE PRICE AND THE CONDO AND THE OWNERS WERE PERFECT.

Beautiful condo on gorgeous AMI

This is a lovely condo on a really nice complex. It is decorated to a high standard and comes with all amenities for a calm and peaceful stay. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and also to the Bradenton Beach shps, bars and restaurants.

We loved the location of this condo! So close to the trolley, beach, restaurants & stores. The condo was just the right size for my husband & I and it had everything that we needed. Kitchen had all of the things we needed & the storage room had chairs to take to the beach as well as some beach game items. Perfect! We would definitely recommend.

Easter at Bradenton Beach :-)

A compact and very comfortable one bedroom unit. Only a short walk from the expansive Bradenton beach and Bridge Street; with it's range of shops and restaurants. We parked our rental car in the allocated space, and mostly used the free MCAT trolley, which runs from Coquina Beach in the south, to Anna Maria City Pier in the north. Local traffic permitting it's a frequent and convenient service. The condo is extremely well equipped including a ground floor locker of beach equipment. The complex is also well maintained with a nice sunny pool area. Overall we had a very nice week in Bradenton Beach/Anna Maria Island. One of our favourite places we have visited many times, and hope to return again soon.

Great Spring Break Trip!

Our family (myself and my husband, along with our two teenagers) stayed here and we absolutely loved it! It was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and we had an amazing time. The location was perfect - we walked or used our rented golf cart to get around. Lovely accommodations, quiet and friendly. Comfortable and well equipped. Great communication with the owners and appreciated the welcome book full of information. Highly recommend!
