The lower unit features 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bonus screened outdoor space and living area with sleeper sofa and a TV, providing a perfect spot for kids to relax.
The attached upstairs 330 square foot in-law suite offers additional privacy with two queen beds, fully equipped kitchen, and full bath. Perfect for extended family or friends looking for their own space.
The Outdoor Living spaces include: a shared backyard oasis with seating, two gas grills, and lush tropical landscape. It's the ideal setting for dining al fresco or unwinding with drinks after a day at the beach. This retreat is filled with modern comforts like stainless steel appliances, laundry facilities, beach essentials, and flat screen TVs for your entertainment needs.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by Shore Thing Property Services LLC for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require 25% deposit with the final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Shore Thing Properties cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with a Saturday check-in during high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

House keeping will provide you with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, soap, dish detergent pods and garbage bags, but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This condo participates in a professional linen program so you can rest well in luxury.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

This cottage offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
