The private lanai is where the days begin and end at this unit — morning coffee with the Gulf in front of you, evening cocktails as the sun drops into the water. Direct beach access means the sand is steps from the door, not a walk through a parking lot.

Inside, the layout is bright and well-configured for four guests. The primary suite has a king bed, an en-suite bath, and Gulf views. The guest bedroom has two twin beds — right for families with kids or two guests who don't need to share. The living room has comfortable seating, a large-screen TV, and direct lanai access through the sliding doors. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home with modern appliances and a dining area.

The heated shared pool is available for all building guests — never busy, consistently warm, and a genuine complement to the beach on cooler days. Beach gear is provided seasonally. In-unit washer and dryer means packing for the week doesn't require overpacking. Covered parking is included.

Bridge Street's restaurants, shops, and waterfront bars are minutes out. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island without moving your car.

Coquina Beach Club 101 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two vehicles. No pets, boats, jet skis, or motorcycles permitted.
