One lanai faces the bay — that's where the sunrise happens. The other faces the Gulf — that's where the sunset happens. Coquina Moorings 102 is one of the only properties in Bradenton Beach where both water views come with the same unit, and where you don't have to choose between morning and evening.

The screened lanai off the living room and master bedroom overlooks the bay and the heated pool directly below. Sit out here in the morning with coffee while the light comes up over the water. The second lanai off the guest bedroom faces the Gulf across the street — quieter, more private, and perfectly positioned for the evening. When guests debate which bedroom to take, it usually comes down to whether they're sunrise people or sunset people.

The complex has a shared boat dock on the bay — bring your own vessel, or use it for fishing. The heated pool sits directly on the bay alongside it, one of the more distinctive pool positions in Bradenton Beach.

The unit sleeps six across two bedrooms and a den. The master has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with its own Gulf-facing lanai. The den has a sofa bed — flexible as a third sleeping space or a sitting room when the extra bed isn't needed. Two full bathrooms keep the mornings manageable for a group of six.

The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. High-speed WiFi throughout. The Gulf beach is directly across the street. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided with the unit. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island without moving your car.

Coquina Moorings 102 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for one vehicle. Not pet-friendly.
