Important before booking: Coquina Moorings 206 sleeps four — a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the second bedroom. The den is not a sleeping space. If your group needs six beds, the other Coquina Moorings units may be a better fit.
If four is exactly right, this unit delivers the same dual water orientation and amenity stack as the rest of the complex in a more intimate configuration.

One lanai faces the bay — that's where the sunrise happens. The other faces the Gulf — that's where the sunset happens. Situated on the second floor, both lanais have an elevated view of the water and the bay-front pool below. Guests who book 206 tend to migrate between the two depending on the time of day — bay coffee in the morning, Gulf drinks in the evening.

The screened lanai off the living room and master bedroom overlooks the bay and the heated pool. The second lanai off the guest bedroom faces the Gulf across the street. The shared boat dock on the bay is available for fishing or bringing your own vessel. The heated pool sits directly on the bay — one of the more distinctive pool positions in Bradenton Beach.

Inside, the layout is bright and well-configured for four. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. High-speed WiFi and smart TVs throughout. Two full bathrooms keep the mornings manageable.

The Gulf beach is directly across the street. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island without moving your car.

Coquina Moorings 206 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for one vehicle. Not pet-friendly.
