Cozy 1-bedroom condo with AC in Bradenton Beach

I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach - FL. This is a studio condo with a kitchenette. It has a queen size bed and a pullout couch, kitchenette and one bathroom. There is basic cable, WIFI, and utilities are included in the rental price. NO pets and no smoking.

The condo is at Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with beach chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and cover parking as an option. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbors. The view outside is of the garden area. A short walk to the pool and the beach can be seen from from balcony.

It's the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times a year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors with the bay and ocean.

Within the condo; it's a 1 bedroom, has a kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and cooking utensils. The living room is very spacious with a couch. There is one bathroom with shower. The condo has basic cable, smart tv and free wifi.

We had such a great weekend getaway. I am very thankful for the patience and responsiveness of the host as our plans seemed to change a bit due to weather. The explanation of the property and where to park and navigate around the property was so clear and made everything perfect and seamless. The condo was perfect and enjoyable. We had everything we needed and the location is perfect, in walking distance to everything. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay here in Anna Maria Island. The condo was very cute, clean, and comfortable for our trip. It is on the smaller side, but that was clearly represented in the listing, so there were no surprises there.The owner was extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay, which we really appreciated. Since this unit is privately owned while many of the other condos on the property are managed by a larger organization, the owner did a great job clearly communicating which amenities we could use and the expectations/rules for guests so everything went smoothly.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Really cute unit, in an adorable neighborhood and cute beach right across the street. A little confusing figuring out which unit was ours and bed was a bit firm. The bathroom window was stuck open and the walls are thin. Didn’t matter much to us but during busy season I can imagine it could be a problem. With that being said I would probably stay here again

The description of this “condo” was very misleading as it was simply a very small hotel room. No where to do dishes, cook, no washer dryer in unit as advertised, no bicycles as advertised, light from outside stream right into room making it very difficult to sleep.
