Lynn and Nancy Vacation Rental is located just across from the Gulf of Mexico with world renowned beaches.

Walking distance to historic Bridge Street and many quaint shops and restaurants to satisfy any pallet. Ideal for 2 people! It is small, but ideally located! Full kitchen!

The free trolley runs every 20 minutes the length of Anna Maria Island.
Pets are welcome with a fully refundable $200 pet fee, If you book with us again, we waive the fee.

Barbeque grill, linens, towels, a fully-equipped kitchen and endless gulf views are supplied.

Location was perfect, house was clean and had everything we needed. Walls are very thin and can hear the other units talking, sneezing, and walking around pretty loudly. We had a little Bose speaker and the unit next to us could hear it perfectly and asked for us to turn it down at 8pm. If you’re going to stay here I would recommend the upstairs unit.

We would definitely stay here again. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect! Just cross the street and your on the beach! Walking distance to restaurants and shops! We had a fabulous time! Would recommend this!

this unit is perfectly located for the two of us. You are steps away from the concrete piers and great fishing. The unit is small but very clean and neat. The kitchen area is well stocked and having chairs and an umbrella is a plus! We rented a golf cart and enjoyed exploring the island.

So close to the beach!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The rental is small and quaint. It was the perfect size for the two of us. It is right across the street from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and bars.

Perfect Anniversary Trip

This was exactly what we were looking for. Low key, relaxing and not in a busy area. This met every check box for us and more. We look forward to many more sunrises and sunsets when we come back to this gem.

It was a nice visit. This place was plenty clean. I had no concerns of cleanliness. Just about everything was, as stated in the description. The grill is Charcoal. So, if you are depending on it for a dinner night (like we were) be aware of that. :( we did use the beach chairs and umbrella. The coffee pot is standard. Don’t buy Pods like we did based on the pictures!!!!! The bathroom is the smallest bathroom I’ve ever had to use. I couldn’t even shave in the shower it was so small. There was everything else we needed. All kitchen amenities were there and plenty of blankets/sheets! I appreciated extra blankets. There is no TV in the bedroom. The walk to the beach was perfect. Very short, right across the street! Going to Bridge Street was 0.4 miles. Not a bad walk! Owner/manager was available quickly and pleasant.

We absolutely loved Anna Maria Island, and Bradenton Beach! This property was perfect for my husband and I! It was a super short walk to the beach, literally across the street! Lynn was an amazing and very communicative person our whole stay! We cannot wait to visit again!!

Great property, right across from beach, also by Bayside for sunrises. 10 min walk to a handful of bars and circle K. Property has beach chairs for you to use among other beach amenities. Central air to keep rooms cold after warm day out. Host always fast responder for any needs.

Location was great! Beach was beautiful! The host, Lynn was very friendly, and helpful with our early arrival. Would definitely stay there again, but I would look into staying in the A unit for more space, and view.

Wonderful

It was just what we were looking for. Perfect location and super easy to check in. You could use their beach chairs, beach umbrellas and they even had kayaks you could use. I would definitely rent this property again. The only thing I would say it needed was detergent in the kitchen and more toilet paper. We stayed 4 days and it only had 2 rolls for the whole stay. Communication with Lynn was excellent.
