Lynn and Nancy Vacation Rental is located just across from the Gulf of Mexico with world renowned white sandy beaches. Walking distance to historic Bridge Street and many quaint shops and restaurants to satisfy any pallet.

The free trolley runs every 20 minutes the length of Anna Maria Island.

Barbeque grill, linens, towels, a fully-equipped kitchen and endless gulf views are supplied.
Pets are welcome with a fully refundable $200 pet fee, If you book with us again, we waive the fee.

Clean and cozy. Easy check-in/out. Great location directly across the street from the beach. Easy walk to Bridge Street shops and restaurants, but we utilized our rental car to drive to other parts of the island. Fun trip!

It was a great location right across from the beach. The shower was the worst part of the condo, if I was plus size I definitely wouldn’t be able to use it very well and we ran out of towels. The condo was definitely worth the location from the beach and we would stay there again. Communication was great with the owner easy parking access and the check in/out process was so easy. It was perfect for our family of three. The bed was so comfortable and the best sleep I ever had on vacation.

Overall, this is a truly wondeful property.

The space was charming ,comfortable , and had everything we needed and more. It felt like a thoughtful retreat where we could truly relax and enjoy our time. Perfect for two. Very clean and a 30 second walk across the road to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. Close to the best seafood restaurants in Cortez, FL. Convent to stores and beach bars.Will return again!

Location is just across the from Bradenton beach. Easy parking. Close to entertainment and restaurants. We were able to walk to many places. We had just one small issue. We needed more wash clothes and they were delivered overnight.

The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach. There is a free trolley that we took to the grocery store (Publix) to get sandwiches and drinks. We had a wonderful stay, great area, beautiful beaches and nice place to stay. This location was perfect for us, within walking distance to Bridge St, just across the street from the beach. So conveniently located to everything! Plus, just steps away from the gulf! All of the amenities were exceptional, e.g., beach chairs, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen and perfect for two!! Perfect next to the beach space!

Cute little place across the street from the beach! Had beach amenities, everything needed to cook, and was well air conditioned. Only complaint is the bathroom is quite small and we weren’t supplied enough tp. Definitely recommend!!
