Walking distance convenience to the best the island has to offer, including the FREE AMI Trolley, Historical Bridge Street, The Bradenton Beach city pier, the inter coastal waterway, lots of restaurants, shops, bars, ice cream parlors, marina and of course one of the BEST island beaches in America.

Watch the frequently seen dolphins from the beach just across Gulf Drive... Stay here for your beach wedding or family reunions.

An hour or so before the sunsets, fire up the large all stainless gas grill in the enclosed picnic area (lighted & on property) and enjoy your meal while watching the sunset from your apartment window...
