We had a wonderful family vacation at Fred’s property. The location is amazing with the beach right across the street and shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. There were lots of games and toys for our little ones (1 and 4) to play with inside, and plenty of beach toys available for use. Fred provided a pack n play and ordered a high chair for our son to use. The kids also had a great time in the pool. Hope to be back again!

The property location to the beach was excellent. There are great views of the beach and the bay. The place was very clean. There were plenty of items available for a great day at the beach which included chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and floats. The kitchen is well stocked with all items needed for cooking a great family meal. The pool was a nice break from the beach and the neighbors were all kind and friendly. This place is highly recommended.

The place was right across the street from the beach which was awesome. The place had all the needed beach stuff. However all the dishes and linens were dirty, the pots and pans looked like they weren’t cleaned. The location was great but attention to deals were lost.

Property was exactly as described. Owner was great communicator, check in was a breeze. I worked online and WiFi was great. The walk to the beach was just across the road — pristine beach and super clean without crowds. The only suggestion would be new pillows!

The condo was amazing. Perfect location for walking to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The garage was stocked with all-things-beach. We rented a golf cart and there was plenty of parking available. Excellent vacation and we can’t wait to come back.

Excellent home/location

This was one of our favorite vacations yet! Ralf was absolutely phenomenal to work with and his home was everything & more. Waking up to see the sunrise in the bay to the sunset on the deck overlooking the sandy beaches was amazing. The location is a MUST, steps away to the beach, pool, and many great restaurants & stops. 10/10!! We are already talking about going back next year!

Room with a View

We had an amazing experience! We work hard all year to have a dreamy vacation every summer and this home checked all the boxes for us! It was clean, met all of our needs, the owner is fantastic and very communicative, and it’s so close to the beach! We prefer smaller beach towns as opposed to larger vacation destinations. We’ve never had the beach town feel and been able to see the ocean from where we were staying until now! We’ve also never been able to walk out of the neighborhood, cross the street, and immediately be on the beach! We recommend this home to everyone and are already dreaming about our visit there next year!

what a wonderful family vacation!

Our stay at Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island was a first for our family. We normally travel further South. This was such a great location we will be visiting again in the future. As for the specifics of this particular home, Ralf the owner could not have been more helpful or responsive, thank you Ralf! The home was clean and accommodated our family very well. The pool was great for the few times we didn't make the short walk to the beautiful and not overly crowded beach, 1/2 block away. 5 stars..we will be staying again!

Beautiful beach retreat

Our place was directly across the street from the most beautiful beach and Gulf and we could watch the sunset from our balcony or walk across to the beach. We could also see sunrise from a walkway that extended into the Tampa Bay with a beautiful view of surrounding area! Very clean and well appointed. Enjoyed immensely!

Steps from the beach

My husband and I loved the property! It had all the comfort of a true holiday home with a well appointed kitchen. The location was perfect for us. Fifty steps took you onto the beautiful beach and a short 5-15 minute walk took you to the local tiki bar/ restaurant or a little further to historic Bridge Street. We would most definitely rent again!

Wonderful Anna Maria Island Condo

This is a very nice condo, just across the street from Bradenton Beach. It has three levels-- the large garage is on the bottom, the living area, kitchen, dining area, laundry and half bath is on the middle level, and the top level has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a small balcony off the dining area, another small balcony off the master bedroom, and a large balcony off the living area (with a view of the ocean). There is a small community pool and a whirlpool. There is also a community boardwalk to the bay side, with lovely views. The condo is conveniently located, easy to get to from the airport, and just a short drive to anywhere you might want to go on the island. Communication with the owner was excellent. Everything was in good working order. It would be nice if the bath towels were replaced. We enjoyed our two-week stay and would definitely stay here again.
