Sit back and relax in this beautiful 2 BR/2 BA garden view condo with a screened lanai. Condo has been completely renovated. Master bedroom has a new comfortable king bed. Guest bedroom has two new full size beds Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Beach supplies such as 6 beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, 2 umbrellas and a beach buggy are supplied.

As of 07/20/2026 ~ Tennis, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, dock, pool, pool restrooms and laundry facilities and workout room are now available at this time.

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, pickleball, fitness center, Bbq grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and Wifi internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

Please Note - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
