Light and bright second floor 2 BR/2 BA condo with great pond view and upgraded kitchen and baths. New refrigerator March 2024. Master bedroom has king bed, and guest bedroom has twin beds and a new queen size sleeper sofa. TV's in living room and bedrooms. Ceramic tile in kitchen, with Berber carpet in dining, living room and bedrooms.

Unit provides 6 beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and beach toys.Please Note - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

As of 07/20/2026 ~ Tennis, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, dock, pool, pool restrooms and laundry facilities and workout room are now available at this time.

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, Bbq grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and Wifi internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

Please Note - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
