Shell Cove 9 delivers what beachfront really means — step out your door and you're on the sand. This upper-level condo sits directly on Bradenton Beach with unobstructed Gulf views from the private balcony. No roads to cross, no boardwalks to navigate. Just the beach, the water, and miles of sand stretching in both directions.

The balcony is where the days begin and end. Large enough for outdoor furniture and dining, it's where dolphins appear at sunrise and sunsets arrive every evening. The second-floor position gives better views and more privacy than the ground-level units without the elevator wait of a high-rise.

Two bedrooms sleep six. The master has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room sleeper sofa handles the remaining guests. One full bathroom with tub and shower combination. Flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen has granite countertops, stovetop cooking, microwave, and dishwasher — no full oven, worth knowing for guests who plan to bake. In-unit washer and dryer.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a cooler are stored in the unit — walk to the sand in seconds with everything already provided.

The free island trolley stops nearby.
