Welcome to Sunshine Dream, your tropical escape just minutes from the world-famous beaches of Anna Maria Island. This beautifully updated West Bradenton home combines modern comfort with relaxing outdoor living, making it the perfect destination for families, couples, and friends.

This home features stylish, relaxing furnishings and accommodates up to six guests with a king primary bedroom, a queen guest room, and a third bedroom with two twin beds.

Step outside to discover the oversized heated saltwater pool surrounded by elegant travertine decking, lush tropical landscape, and a spacious 400-square-foot covered patio designed for entertaining. Fire up the grill, dine outdoors, or unwind beneath the evening pool lights after a fun-filled day at the beach.

Conveniently located near Anna Maria Island, GT Bray Park, golf courses, shopping, and restaurants, Sunshine Dream is the perfect home base for both beach vacations and sports tournaments.

Dogs up to 40 lbs. are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes. Maximum of 2 dogs unless otherwise approved by Florida Dreams Realty.

House Rules & Important Information
• Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
• No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Max Occupancy – 6 Guests
• Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Pet Policy – Dogs up to 40 lbs. welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes. Maximum of 2 dogs unless otherwise approved by Florida Dreams Realty.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the home.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM
• Check-Out – 10:00 AM
• Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.

Cancellation Policy
• More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
• Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
• All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Wonderful house, good location!

Loved the house! It was perfect for 4 adults and one 6 year old. Each family had their own space. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The pool and outside area are wonderful. Very easy and close access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

The property welcomed pets. The pool was fantastic! The furniture was clean. The kitchen was well furnished. The grill was in good condition. Outdoor fans and lights provided a nice evening place to sit and visit, play games with the grandkids as well as eat our meals. The location was convent to both cause ways to the island as well as the park for the kids to play and the dog park for our dog. The roll down screen in the garage provided a safe play environment for our 3 and 5 yr old grands. Very nice neighborhood. The NEGATIVES : the king and queen mattress was very uncomfortable. Baseboards were noticeably dirty.

We REALLY liked this place!

We are 6 adults in our 60s and from PA. We found the house to be perfect for our needs while visiting Bradenton for some Spring Training baseball and fun. The outdoor pool and patio were perfect for relaxing in the sun and shade. We spent many hours there. The house looks just like the VRBO pictures and the listing is accurate. We really had no complaints at all. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We would happily stay there again should we decide to stay in Bradenton again.

Amazing stay

We drove 18 hours to the house and the experience was worth the trip! About 15 min from the beach and never had a problem finding a parking space. Went to the beach from 11am to roughly 5pm ordered dinner on the way home and had a great dinner at the house every night and pool time after dinner. The house was in a nice neighborhood and very clean and neat. The master bedroom was a little hot, the air didn't seem to circulate very well in that room only, but that was the only gripe.

Nice home, 10 minutes to the beach. Pool was great, would have been nice if it was cleaned during our stay. We were there for 7 days with two dogs. House needs more kitchen utensils, hand soap, more then one garage bag and toilet paper. Need to read reviews, master mattress needs Replaced. A lot of reviews had asked for it. Would stay agin, just know what to pack.

Nice house and pool, filthy yard

My family stayed at this property in August. When we arrived, the small back yard around the pool was covered in dog feces. My husband had to spend 30 minutes cleaning up a large grocery bag full of poop. Having arrived with 3 dogs ourselves, I simply cannot understand how someone could relax in the pool area surrounded by poop, or how this was overlooked. Other than that, house and pool were great.
