The condo is a bit dated and would be ok for someone renting for a longer period of time. The kitchen was empty, no salt and pepper, no paper towels or dish soap. It sleeps 5 but we were only given 4 towels. If you want to shower and use the pool in the same day you need to purchase towels or do a load of laundry. Upon check out, I was in the condo and prior to check out time, the management company knocked on the door asking what time we would be leaving. I asked for an extra hour and they declined stating it was being rented and they needed to turn it around. Understandable.
