Centrally located, just a few miles from the closest beach, 7 miles to Anna Maria Island, 4 miles to IMG Academy and just a few miles from downtown and everything else. Off of 30th St and a skipping stone away from Manatee High School allows for hearing the marching band playing during football games. :)
