During our week-long stay, they didn't change the bed linens, take out the trash, or change the towels. There's no breakfast, only coffee and tea.

Great Experience

This was a 5 star clean and friendly hotel. Even the window blinds were modern and effective. The kitchen had a microwave and full refrigerator and everything was supper clean. Front desk was very friendly. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Do it yourself kinda hotel…

Didn’t appreciate having to gather dirty towels and having to take them to the office for clean ones. They cater to long term stays which included kitchenettes but be prepared to go downstairs and get the plates, silverware, pans etc… laundry is ridiculous, small washers and 2.50 a load to wash and 2.50 a load to dry. If you don’t mind running back and forth for your needs maybe this will work, I’m trying to relax and chasing after clean linens, towels, and dishes isn’t my idea of that. The people here were all friendly though… I guess I would be too if the guest were doing all the work.

Nice location, staff always smile. A little far for me if you want to go to the beach. But I love how clean my room was. But you have a lot of places to eat excellent food.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Fresh, clean linens, clean bathroom, nice and bright, and the room is clean!! Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. And the best part is the brand new Hotel with 4 floors with elevator grab and go breakfast. Pet are welcome, about 30 minutes from Anna Maria Island.

Exceptional front desk staff

Eleace and her manager at the front desk had exceptional customer service. At 11pm Eleace was super helpful in making adjustments to my reservation. She was determined to make sure we got what we needed. I've rarely come across this level of service.

No hay desayuno.

Nunca hubo desayuno, el ascensor dañado. Hombres borrachos durmiendo en la entrada de la parte de atras del hotel. Duerme mucho empleado que trabajan en la construcción de techos. Pero andan borrachos molestando. Y escupen en el ascensor. Estuve 3 dias y solo habia sobres de avena. El precio decia desayuno incluido. Si piensas salir en familia y con niños no es el lugar adecuado.
