We had a great stay at the Top Floor Unit. Host was very friendly and helpful for our requests. Unit is very comfortable and nicely updated. Unit is clean and roomy. Great location, walkable to downtown Bradenton restaurants, and to Lecom Field. Groceries and nature refuges are a short drive away. We recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect location for beach and touring

Our apartment was clean and spacious. We stayed a month and found the location a good location to get just about anywhere. I would recommend it for just about everyone. Our dates are taken for next year but it's on our list for the future. Thank you June and Pete.

Very Nice Stay

I have stayed at several rental properties in the general neighborhood and this was my favorite. Everything as described. Parking a little tight, but manageable. Very clean and comfortable, everything new/in good working order. Good communications with the host.

Loved our stay!

This property was just what we needed for our family vacation! Everything was so clean and there were so many thoughtful extra touches. It was a quick drive to the beach and close to everything else in Bradenton. The host was very quick to respond and helpful with recommendations. Amazing Rental

This is a great place with great hosts…thank you June and Pete. Can’t say it enough ….CLEAN!! Also love that it is bright and tastefully decorated. Everything is new. Stocked with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping!
