The best part of being in West Bradenton is that you are minutes to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. There are also several wildlife preserves nearby, great for hiking and biking. If you would rather fish for the afternoon, there are great spots at piers around the area or book a fishing charter. This comfortable private condo is located just 10 minutes from Bradenton Beach or Anna Maria Island Beach is just 6.8 miles away. The Shoppes of Bradenton Commons is within walking distance and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Sports bar, and an AMC theater. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 16-minute drive (8.2 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands circle is about 30-minute drive south which is a great place for watching a sunset from a rooftop bar and causal and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton or Riverwalk, which is on the water and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts.
