Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide privacy and space. One features two Queen beds and a private bath. The other offers a King bed with a private bath. A tucked-away loft space offers a quiet retreat, and the upstairs balcony delivers incredible sunset views over Palma Sola Bay.
Across the expansive pool deck, a detached guest house provides additional space for up to 8 guests — ideal for extended family or guests wanting added privacy.
The main area offers a sleeper sofa, and upstairs is a 2 Queen beds and 2 twin beds and a little nook with couch. Downstairs living space with beautiful bay views, kitchenette, full bath, and attached game room. Located in the game room you have Pop a Shot, Ping Pong Table, and Dart Bard.

Fish directly from the dock (no license required), watch dolphins and manatees pass by, or tie up your boat for the duration of your stay. Nearby causeway ramps make boat launching easy.

* Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
