Bradenton is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom house. Just a 10 minute drive to Bradenton beach. The bedrooms feature 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, perfect for a group of friends or family. With heating, AC, a washing machine, and WiFi, you'll have all the comforts of home. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers for your convenience. We think our place will help you experience everything Bradenton has to offer.

This IS an HOA community so please be respectful of the neighborhood. Another couple details to note- Quiet hours past 10pm. No street parking overnight due to very limited street space. For longer stays trash pickup days are Tuesday and Friday. This is a nice small quiet neighborhood and we appreciate your stay and consideration. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions. Cozy house

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It is small but four adults had plenty of room for a few days. It was very clean and we felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The house is about 10 mins from LeCom park and 20 min from the beach. Very convenient to stores and restaurants as well. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. Would stay here again.
