Cancelled Reservation 4 days before Arrival - RENTER BEWARE

Booked this property 3 months in advance only to find out property owner was refusing to honour reservation. Worst part is she never once communicated with me directly, it was all through VRBO main service and I only found out because I contacted VRBO directly (repeatedly contacted owner with no response, so I escalated). Worst part was rebooking guarantee promise - that's garbage too. VRBO is awful.
