The house was great, we had some issues with the toilets, nothing that my husband couldn’t fix tho. The Pool was great, the house it’s super cozy. I had so much fun with my family. I would definitely recommend this beautiful house.

The perfect house to rent

The patio was beautiful with a heated pool. The house is beautiful as well. I know when we come to visit Florida again we will be looking to rent it again!

Nice home in Bradenton.

We shared the house with 2 other couples & enjoyed our stay! There are some updates that need to be done, but, it didn’t interfere with our stay. Loved the outdoor area & the pool! Great location, close to stores & beaches. Roberto was friendly & very responsive to all our questions & needs. We would stay here again.

Our vacation....

The house was very nice and clean. Everyone had plenty of room (there was 5 of us). The outdoor pool and kitchen was nice, we spent a lot of time there. If I had to say anything bad at all, it would have to be that the address given did not match any address in Google maps. We altered the address and found it on the first try. If you need to use Google maps, type in this address: 3307 47th Ave East. That will bring you to the house. Would definitely stay here again, none of us wanted to leave!!

Gorgeous

We spent unique moments with my family in this wonderful house. The house is big, comfortable, well divided and very functional. It was very clean and with everything we needed. I didn't have to leave at any time to supply anything. there were plenty of towels, all new and fresh. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, there was a big board for chopping the meat and an excellent knife for the barbecue. The outdoor area is a real wonder with a fridge, stove and barbecue. The pool area is integrated with all functionality, comfort and safety for cooking and watching the children at the pool. The area has two fans, an egg chair and a big pool with heated water. This is the best pool in Florida, at least that's how I felt. The house is near a lot of beautiful beaches, groceries, Walmart and another facilities. The owner is very nice and the communication was very good, he contested the phone at moment. I recommend the house for everyone, I don’t know why there are unfavorable reviews, I can assure you that they are unfair. we are used to traveling and it was a transcendental experience the days we spent in Sarasota.

Arrived at the site….. 11pm …there was a car in the driveway, lights on

Awful Tried to call Roberto….. didn’t answer. Thought we might be at the wrong address. Drive across town to 47th ave W. No house there Drive back to the house. Called VRBO. They got ahold of Roberto. His cleaning guy is allowed to stay there. 90 minutes later Roberto was able to get his cleaning guy to answer the phone and let us in. I’m assuming he planned to clean the next morning ….. kitchen and bathroom were disgusting So….. we go to sleep around 1:30 am not 11:30….. tee time the next morning didn’t go well Not recommended

Property needs some work

Property management reacted fast but we had numerous issues including cleanliness, dirty pool with grit on the bottom, green water until pool folks treated it for three straight days, pool screen and front door screen’s had tears, and facet repairs required in kitchen and bath. Nice area and with TLC the property would have met our expectations.

Hate to complain, but...

First impression: screen in front door was torn off, not a good thing. The refrigerator was not working in the house, called Roberto and he told us a new one will be delivered the next day, and it was. Pump and heater not working in pool, called again Roberto sent out someone to look at it it was finally decided that it needed to be replaced, we were there for 11 days of that we had the use of the pool for 2 days. Although we were reimbursed for the problem, it didn't give us a pool. The tv in the master bedroom was not working. I thought that there was no really comfortable places to sit. I'm curious what the renters did before us did about these problems. The next renter should have a good stay. Roberto was quick to respond and did the best he could do.

The set up is a little quirky, but everything needed to make it a pleasant stay was available. We were there on business, working all day so we did not spend much time in the house. It was clean, showers worked, beds were comfy, rest & relaxation was achieved.

Adequate House

Pro’s 1) Clean house (never saw any bugs) 2) Plenty of towels 3) Kitchen stocked nicely with equipment/utensils 4) Quiet neighborhood 5) Not far from grocery store (Walmart). Con’s 1) Feeezer not working in kitchen (there is a fridge/freezer outside that works) 2) No hot water in master bath shower 3) No cable TV (WiFi worked fine and TV’s are hooked to antenna so you do get some channels). 4) pool was a bit cold Owner was extremely easy to work with. I would recommend a ‘renter’ manual be left at the house explaining what the house offered and restaurants/stores in the area.

Everything about this home was great. My family had a awesome time. Kids enjoyed the pool. Every room was in good condition as well as clean. The outside patio was definitely my favorite part of the house. I will be booking every chance I have! See you soon Medinas Place!

Good but needs minor repairs

We had a good time at the home. The pool is the best part however many of the screens are torn and open needing to be repaired. When it gets late the mosquitos come in and begin to bite. Safely is a issue for at least two reasons. Number one, the back sliding door does NOT lock we would wedge the ironing board in at night and when we left the house. Secondly, if you have KIDS this a huge issue because they could go into the pool without supervision! Two big additional repairs needed, the freezer in the kitchen the dryer/ not working and the dryer needs to be unplugged each time you want to dry clothing. The home needs to be treated for bugs/ small ants and roaches aka Palmetto bugs. We know they are a Florida thing but they were in the kitchen area, owners bath and small bedroom next to the kitchen. Many of the windows were open on our first night. I rated the communication bad because on our last evening we were locked out of the electronic entry. We stood out front waiting for the owner to reply then went through the side gate and worked the ironing board loose in the door to get inside. And yes the owner Mr. Medina replied the next day but we were long gone. So it was a good stay but needs some tweeking to make it a 4 STAR.

Our Family’s Getaway

Beautiful house in a great quiet neighborhood. All new laundry and kitchen appliances. Separate master sweet. Spacious outdoor pool with full outdoor kitchen. Perfect Family 4th getaway

Awesome house

Really enjoyed our stay! The pool and the outdoor kitchen was great, that's where we spent most of our time. A couple minor things with the dryer but wasn't a problem. Any time I had a question the owner was quick to respond. I highly recommend this property for your visit.

Perfect Pool Home Centrally Located

This was a great home with a caged pool. The outdoor pool area has plenty of room complete with grills, refrigerator, outdoor seating area and dining table. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Poolside Living

The pool is the center piece of the house, outdoor kitchen area is great for grilling an having a dinner. I would recommend for a family to stay here as pool is great for all ages. Check in/out process was very simple Neighborhood was very quiet, not much around the actually neighborhood for food drinks etc. Only 15 minutes from golf courses near lake wood ranch
