You have the private use of the whole house 2 bedrooms, front room, kitchen and bathroom. Also storage in cellar for bicycles. Free parking at the front. Any problems I am next door. The house has central heating and double glazing. It also has an extra heating source of a gas fire in the front room. Furnished with new carpets, newly decorated, a new bathroom and a modern kitchen. Would suit anyone on a long or short work contract, PDH or MA students, students looking for accommodation elsewhere, theatre or a group travelling together or families who want their privacy in a self contained house. All bills are included, heating, cooking on gas, electric, super fast wifi & Netflix. A 24 hour Tesco supermarket is 7 mins walk away. Takeaways 2 minutes walk away. Bus stop 7 mins walk away for 7 minute journey into town. Beautiful Park 5 mins away for exercise, dog walking, running, jogging or if wanting to walk into town. The Park Run organisation uses the park every Saturday morning for their organised runs. M606 Bradford motorway is 7 mins drive away. In between 2 major Bradford hospitals and only 5 minutes by bus to the university or a 25 minute walk to Bradford university through the before stated lovely park.

You will have a full house all to yourself for your booking only. If I am there, I can also wash your clothes and use the garden at the back to put the clothes out to dry.
