Winter rental only 10/15/25-5/8/26 $2500/month plus utilities. This is a 3 bedroom, fully furnished, 1 and 1/2 bath home with air-conditioning, a large front and backyard, huge wraparound porch. Brand new bathroom and shower, total renovation with a clawfoot bub. No sheets, towels or blankets are supplied by owner. . Walk to beach, walk to beautiful new restaurants on Main Street. Eat meals on porch, comfortable seating. This house is our pride and joy. Our house is in the southern part of Bradley Beach near Second Avenue beach which is quieter and peaceful. Utilities paid by renter.
