This stylish 40 m² studio in Braga is the perfect retreat for small families looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Located on the first floor and accessible by lift, the studio combines innovative design with comfort.

The open-plan living area includes a comfortable seating space and a wide-screen TV, which is ideal for relaxing evenings and catching up on your favourite shows.

The adjoining kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. A dishwasher is also available to make cleaning up effortless, along with ironing equipment for added convenience during more extended stays.

The sleeping area has a mezzanine-style structure. The queen-sized bed is positioned at the top, accessible by a side staircase. The area below the mezzanine accommodates a single bed, optimising the room's vertical space. All beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries, making your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the heart of Braga’s historic centre, the property offers the perfect blend of charm, convenience and culture. Just steps from iconic landmarks like Praça da República and Praça Conde de Agrolongo, this vibrant pedestrian street is lined with boutique shops, stylish fashion stores like Mango and Tezenis, and cosy cafés such as the beloved Pastelaria Ferreira Capa, ideal for a morning coffee or local pastry.

The area is rich in history, with cultural highlights including the Igreja dos Terceiros and the Convento do Pópulo nearby. A short walk takes you to the stunning Braga Cathedral and the peaceful Jardim de Santa Bárbara, one of the city’s most picturesque gardens. You will also find design shops, salons and all the daily conveniences, from supermarkets to restaurants, just around the corner.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Central IV, is just a 4-minute walk.

The nearest train station, Braga, is just a 14-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 38-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

The property does daily cleaning. The cleaning team will change towels/sheets every day between 12:00 and 17:00; if you do not need this service, leave the "do not disturb" sign outside your bedroom door.

This apartment offers its guests an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Braga apartment is smoke free.
