I had to call and wake up staff to check in, the far door didn’t open for me, the room was disgusting. The filters in the climate control were plugged, the room smelled moldy, all of the amenities for the room were crammed in the drawers of the dressor. I will not shower here and the toulet? was gross. I will probably be gone before checkout because I feel like I need to go somewhere else to shower and feel clean. There was also no ice in the ice machine.

Dirty shower curtain, dirty mirror in bathroom, not enough towels, dirty coffee maker. Poor pillows (flat) very overpriced for the condition of the rooms. Breakfast ended at 9am should be 10 am on the weekends. Staff overworked and underpaid. Question who and what type of people are running the place. Seems uneasy and unsafe.

Horrible!

I should have researched this hotel more and looked at reviews! It was so horrible. I honestly have never seen a hotel in that bad of condition in that bed of service! Super dirty. The lady at the front desk said they had just fired all of their housekeepers. The pool was closed. Honestly, we stayed in our room about 30 minutes before deciding to just leave and get a different hotel which was the best decision we've ever made! I doubt we'll get refunded because the lady at the front desk said that she couldn't issue them but going through this site they are trying to work at getting us a refund but either way it wasn't worth staying!

Door was locked when I showed up and I rang the door bell 3 times and no one came….. it’s a long story but I didn’t feel it was a safe place to stay and I wasn’t sure if there were random homeless people running this place because they were sleeping in rooms and one didn’t know what he was doing! I checked in saw my room and promptly left.

Don’t stay here.

No water in pool, sheets threadbare, garbage under bed, odor in room. Our family had 4 rooms for two nights. One couple with 2 children refused to stay second night, one couple refused to check in. The others reluctantly stayed for lack of options in the area. Reservation was labeled fully refundable but fine print indicated that’s essentially not true. Dingy interior lacking needed upgrades. I’m embarrassed that I suggested this motel to house overflow members of our nearby family reunion

There was garbage under the bed, the sheets were dirty and threadbare (went a store and bought sheets to put on the bed), the bathroom counter had not been cleaned, there was dust in every corner and a hole in the bathroom wall and no water in the pool. We reserved two rooms and only used one the first night due to changes in plans. We booked a different hotel for the second night. The assistant at the desk stated that an investor had purchased the hotel two years ago, cut staff and there is no budget for supplies and upkeep.

Good for sleeping

We were in town for a family reunion.The room was comfortable, bed was good not too soft or hard. Continental breakfast could have been better. The pancake machine didn't work. All that was available was donuts, toast, yogurt and cereal and coffee. Would like to have seen some oatmeal packets, tea bags and maybe hard boiled eggs. The pool was also closed for maintenance.

The hotel was a bit rundown, and is very out dated. There was hair on the floor, counters and on the toilet... not sure it was cleaned. There was old coffee bags int the coffee maker, a crumbled up bed cover in the drawer., and a dirty tub mat I was a little disappointed in the overall condition of our room.

We chose this property due to their reasonable pricing, pool and breakfast. We got no breakfast because the machines were broken, no pool or hot tub down due to maintenance and the room had a strange odor. To top it off the ice bucket had left over water in it and what looked like mold on the lid. Not impressed.

First of all we checked in and found out the pool was closed for maintenance. I was one of the reasons we stayed in this particular hotel. Maybe send out an email to let customers know the pool is going to be unavailable for certain dates. Then we found our two rooms both had the doors opened. One of the rooms had no toilet paper or Kleenex That evening I went to was my face to find out we had no washcloths in our room. It was after 10 and went to the front desk and asked to get some and the man said they were being washed and I could come back in 45 minutes to get some. Lastly the breakfast was terrible pancake machine was broken and nothing was restocked.

Started by having to go look at my assigned room to see if it was ready. Walked in to a horrible smell, most lightbulbs out or flickering. Spots on one of the beds sheets, asked for clean linens to put on myself. No remote, signal or channels for my kids to watch any tv. Spent way too much for this disaster of a place. Not happy!

Door doesn’t open

I made the reservation about a month before for a room with two Queen beds. I called AND texted them that it needed to be on first floor as one of us was disabled and can’t do stairs. They didn’t have a room when we got there. We took a king size bed at the end of the hall. Too far for her to walk. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut, the toilet was wobbly and we couldn’t get the door opened to our room from the inside. Had to have front desk come and open our room so we could get out. Shower curtain was moldy. I’ve stayed here before. Wasn’t happy this time.

This is an old motel and could use a lot of updating. Some water leakage in the eating area that caused a musty smell. Our room was okay for the price. The two ladies that waited on me were very helpful and nice. Their continental breakfast was limited.

Great location for us, but needs attention!

When we checked in, we were given a room key and when we got into the room, we found there were already people occupying that room. Went back to the desk and the clerk gave us another room which had been cleaned and was unoccupied. The pool and hot tub were "out of order". The room had not been cleaned well. There were crumbs on surfaces and floor. The breakfast was virtually nonexistent. A few tiny powdered sugar donuts, a few pieces of bread to make toast, a few yogurt cups in the refrigerator, and some cold cereal and milk. There was fresh coffee, though!
