Bedroom 1: with two single beds, flat screen TV and en-suite wet room with shower and toilet; accessibility suitable for wheelchairs, French door to courtyard
First Floor:
Bedroom 2: with king-size four poster bed with toilet
Bedroom 3: with two single beds
Family bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet
Bedroom 4: with king-size sleigh bed and en-suite facilities with shower room and toilet.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and high chair available. Shared use of a BBQ hut (for 14).. Shared use of courtyard with outdoor furniture and BBQ. Off road parking. Hot tub for 6 (private). No smoking.. This complex sits in a very private setting and offers the additional bonus of being only 50 yards from the trout and salmon rich South Tyne River, where fishing is available on a pre booked basis for a fee dependent on month of the salmon season.
Kingfisher Cottage can be booked together with Orchard House (CC333017) nearby to accommodate up to 20 guests.
