Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do not remove used blankets, sheets and pillow cases from beds. Our cleaners will remove all bedding. Gather all used bath, hand, beach towels and wash clothes; placed next to washer in basement.
Place all empty cans and bottles in large black trash bags and put under covered garage, next to trash bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Shoes: Indoors - we're a no-shoes type of family. Please kick them off before heading to the carpeted areas as we like to keep the place clean.
Indoor fire place: No fire in the indoor fire places. We value your safety. Gas Grill: Please turn off the propane tank after usage and close lid.
Septic system: Please be gentle with this delicate system. NOTHING other than toilet paper and natural waste should be flushed.
