Inside, you’ll find a beautifully updated kitchen—fully equipped for preparing meals after a day of wine tasting or hiking along the Finger Lakes Trail. The main floor offers a comfortable living room with a futon and a full bathroom. Upstairs, a spiral staircase leads to the loft bedroom, featuring a queen bed and two twin beds separated by a divider for added privacy.

Located just minutes from Keuka Lake and the charming towns of Branchport and Penn Yan, this serene retreat is perfectly situated for exploring all that the Finger Lakes has to offer—whether it’s wineries, hiking trails, or simply the peace and quiet of nature.

This property is pet-friendly ( pet with fee for 1 dog.) Permission needed for more. Make sure to clean up after your fur babies. To ensure a clean, healthy, and respectful environment, all dog owners are required to immediately clean up and properly dispose of their dogs waste on the property. Failure to do so may result in an added fee of $100. Thank you
