The great room features wall-to-wall windows overlooking the lake, filling the space with natural light and offering breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset. Cozy up by the gas fireplace in the cooler months or enjoy quiet mornings in the sunroom with coffee in hand. A fully equipped country kitchen makes cooking a breeze, while the open layout ensures mealtime is always a shared experience.

Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms on the main level—one with a king, one with a queen, and one with a twin single plus a twin-over-queen bunk—plus a loft with a queen bed upstairs. With three full bathrooms and a futon in the living area, there's room and flexibility for everyone.

Step outside to enjoy 100 feet of pristine lake frontage. Swim, fish, or simply relax on the seasonal dock, while the spacious yard is perfect for lawn games or unwinding after a day of adventure.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.

This cottage offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
