Built using local wood and stone, the house reflects a deep connection to the region. Both the owners and the local management grew up in Brand and know the valley by heart. This authenticity shapes the atmosphere of Brandnerhus – calm, honest and welcoming.



Amenities

This modern yet cozy alpine-style apartment offers space for up to four guests and is ideal for couples, families or friends.

It features two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and two shower bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and end the day around the dining table.

From the balcony, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Brandner mountain panorama – perfect for peaceful mornings or relaxed evenings. The comfortable seating area is ideal for reading, resting or simply enjoying the quiet.

The wellness area on the ground floor is a special highlight. A Finnish sauna, bio sauna, infrared cabin and steam bath offer relaxation after active days. A bright relaxation room with outdoor access and fresh, untreated Brandner spring water complete the experience. Massages are available on request.

A ski and outdoor drying room with boot warmers, as well as a ski and bike storage room, are available for guests.



Special features

For a delightful start to the day, a small farm shop with high-quality regional products is available in the house. The selection in the self-service refrigerators is complemented by a bookable bread roll service from a local master baker.

Brand is a unique year-round destination. In summer, guests enjoy hiking trails, alpine peaks, golf, riding, swimming lake, climbing park, bike park, alpine huts and the protected Lünersee. Winter offers a family-friendly ski area, cross-country trails, sled runs and winter hiking paths. Spring and late autumn stand for peace and relaxation.

Perfecte locatie

Nette en schone kamers en mooie wellness. Sneeuwschuiver aanwezig. Hulp van een medewerker bij het weghalen van de sneeuw bij de auto. Kluisje op de kamer. Klok in de wellness. Het was erg warm bij de ski kluisjes. Een prijsverhoging van ruim €730 voor het zelfde appartement een jaar later is buitensporig.

Einrichtung und Grundriss Gestaltung der Wohnung ist äusserst praktisch und gut Viel Raum schön gestaltet Super Ausstattung mit entscheidenden Details (geschirrspüler tabs, Kaffee tabs, Küchentücher, Waschmaschine inkl Wäschemittel)... Diese Details machen wirklich den Unterschied aus und schätzen wir ausserordentlich! Super schöne Sauna inkl. Getränke Super Skispint äusserst praktisch ausgestattet damit am Morgen alles wieder trocken ist. Wirklich perfekt für wunderschöne und entspannte Ferien!!! DANKE! Versucht diesen Top Standard zu halten und fängt nicht an, an kleinen Orten zu sparen... Verbessern müsst ihr nichts... Der Preis ist für uns am oberen Limit aber für das Gebotene gerechtfertigt.

Schönes neues Haus, praktische Raumaufteilung, gut ausgestattet. Geschmackvoller Saunabereich. Lage am Ende des Ortes, ruhig und mit schönem Ausblick. Günstig an der Pallüdbahn gelegen, Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Schöne Wohnung mit schöner Sauna.

Wir waren hier mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 11 und 14 Jahren. Sehr Schöne geräumige Wohnungen. Gut gelegen in der Nähe des lift Alles war sehr sauber und alles war da. Viel Stauraum für Ihre Kleidung. Schöne Badezimmer mit guter Dusche. Wellness ist auch sehr schön. Genug, um es nach einem Skitag zu genießen. Schöner beheizter Skiraum für Ihre Skier. Mir fällt nichts Negatives ein. Gerne kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder. Nichts im Augenblick.
