Compact, well-thought-out and with a private spa – this 57 m² apartment shows how much comfort can be packed into a reduced space. Clear lines, functional design and high-quality equipment create a calm living feeling. The private loggia, a steam shower in the bathroom and the inward view make this place a retreat for those who want to relax consciously. Pets are also welcome here – by arrangement.

A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a stylish bathroom with a rain shower and steam function, and a bright living area with a sofa bed (for 1 adult or 1–2 children) offer everything for relaxed holiday days. The modern kitchen is fully equipped - with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. WiFi, smart home, flat TV, a personal safe. You can park in the underground car park or in front of the house, and there is also an electric charging station at the house. A ski room with shoe dryer is available to you in winter, and in summer there is a storage space for bicycles in the underground car park.
