Lieber Dirk,vielen Dank für die tolle Bewertung und das offene Feedback. Durch Kretivität und die Rückmeldungen unserer Gäste können wir stetig wachsen und uns verbessern. Wir haben unser denkmalgeschütztes Gebäude gegen Wärme bzw. Kälte gedämmt, mit der Konsequenz, wenn die Wärme einmal drin ist, sie auch lange bleibt. Aus denkmalschutzrechtlichen Gründen können wir in das Tonnengewölbe keine Öffnung einbringen und haben deshalb zur Luftzirkulation Lüfter zur Verfügung gestellt.Wir möchten uns für die Lärmbelästigung durch die Kita entschuldigen. Unser Standort liegt in einem Stadtgebiet am Wasser und grünen Naherholungsflächen, sowie guter Nahversorgung. Allerdings bringen Geschäfte leider mit sich, dass akutstische Beeinträchtugungen auftreten können.Trotzallem freuen wir uns auf einen weiteren Besuch bei uns und wünschen alles Gute.Ihr havelblau-Team
