Keine Sorge, es müssen keine Keycards sein, um alle Sicherheitsvorkehrungen gewährleisten zu können; das geht auch ganz easy auf dem alt hergebrachten Weg mit Schlüssel und unserem sehr, sehr aufmerksamen Rezeptionsteam ;-) In Sachen Beleuchtung werden wir uns intern beraten und nach Optimierungsansätzen Ausschau halten; vielen Dank für diesen wichtigen Hinweis!

Aber o weh, unser Restaurant-Team kam leider nicht so gut bei Ihnen an, Ihrer Kritik werden wir umgehend nachgehen. Ein aufmerksamer Gästeservice ist auch in unserem Restaurant das A und O, daher bitten wir vielmals um Entschuldigung, dass Sie nicht in der für uns üblichen und geschätzten Art und Weise bedient wurden.
